Holland’s Keukenhof 2014

If you are ever traveling near the Netherlands in the spring time, a must see visit is the Tulip Festival in the South Holland province called the Keukenhof. Every year starting in the end of March to the middle of May, the Keukenhof shows off it’s many varieties of tulips and other flowers. When I went in May this year there were more flowers than I could see in the half day that I walked through it. I took as many photos I could. Some of the species of flowers I had never seen before.

Distinctive and Pink

Depending on when you attend and the how the weather is of that year, the liveliness of the flowers can change. We went in May and some of the flowers had starting dying, but some have gone early where they haven’t bloomed yet. So, if you decided to attend I would plan you’re time carefully. In any case, it was very worth the visit.
